Portalsycamore operates as Portalsycamore Co., Ltd., registered in Pohang, South Korea. We were established in 2019 after our founder spent several years helping family members organise paper records for assets they had moved off exchanges during the mid-2010s.

What began as informal spreadsheet work for a handful of relatives became a dedicated practice when those same holders asked for monthly written summaries they could file without logging into price-tracking sites.

What we believe

Conservative holders do not need another dashboard. They need a calm, readable record that respects the choice to keep assets offline. Our work sits in the space between doing nothing and hiring a full brokerage relationship—documentation, reconciliation, and gentle prompts to revisit storage habits.

We do not trade on your behalf, manage keys, or promise returns. We read what you declare, compare it to prior months, and write what we find.

Our team

Soyeon Han leads intake and monthly pack preparation. She previously managed compliance documentation at a regional logistics firm and prefers ledger paper to live charts.

Jinwoo Choi handles reconciliation against public chain data and maintains the encrypted intake forms clients use each month. He holds no custodial access to client assets.

Minji Yoon coordinates scheduling, invoicing, and the annual consolidation reviews. She is the first voice you hear when you call our Pohang office.

Working approach

Every engagement starts with understanding how you label wallets and where you keep backups—not with selling additional services. We work remotely with clients across South Korea and, by appointment, with international holders who can accommodate KST scheduling.

Office visits in Pohang are available for initial inventory sessions when clients prefer to walk through devices in person. We provide a quiet meeting room; you bring your own hardware.
