A fixed rhythm, not a market reaction
Monthly review packs follow the calendar, not price movements. Whether markets rise or fall, your pack arrives by the tenth with the same three sections: holdings summary, reconciliation notes, and storage checklist.
The four stages
- Intake window (28th–last day of prior month)
You complete our encrypted form with wallet addresses, device labels, and any transactions you recorded. Missing the window shifts delivery to the following cycle—we do not rush incomplete submissions. - Reconciliation (days 1–5)
Jinwoo compares your declaration to public chain snapshots at a fixed time. Discrepancies are flagged for written explanation, not immediate alarm. - Drafting (days 5–7)
Soyeon assembles the PDF using your labels and plain-language notes. Draft review clients receive a preview on day seven. - Delivery (by day 10)
Final PDF sent via encrypted email. One round of written follow-up questions is included; additional rounds are billed at ₩40,000 if needed.
What we need from you
Accurate address lists, honest notes about backup locations, and timely submission. We cannot reconcile undeclared wallets or guess at labels you have not shared.
What you receive
A PDF sized for printing and filing—no login, no live feed, no embedded charts unless you request a simple holdings table. Many clients bind packs quarterly for their personal archive.
First month
New clients without a prior inventory should expect a longer first cycle. We may recommend the Initial Wallet Inventory if your records are scattered.
