Overview
Portalsycamore Co., Ltd. prepares custom written review packs for each client. Because work is scheduled and research begins promptly, refunds follow the conditions below.
Monthly Review Pack
Before work begins for a billing month: Full refund of that month’s fee if you cancel at least seven days before the intake window opens.
After work begins: No refund for the current month. Future months are refundable for unused periods with thirty days’ written notice, subject to any minimum commitment in your quote.
Non-delivery: If we fail to deliver a pack by the agreed date without your written agreement to extend, you may request a full refund for that month or a credit toward the next month.
Initial Wallet Inventory
Before intake session: Full refund minus ₩30,000 administrative fee if cancelled at least five business days before the scheduled session.
After intake session: Partial refund only if we have not delivered the baseline map. Delivered work is non-refundable.
Rescheduling: One free reschedule with five business days’ notice. Late cancellations forfeit the administrative fee.
Annual Consolidation Review
Before research begins: Full refund if cancelled at least fourteen days before the scheduled start date.
After draft delivery: No refund. You may request factual corrections within the included revision round.
Non-refundable items
- Completed PDF packs and reports
- Rush fees once rush work has started
- Additional follow-up rounds already performed
- Deposits applied to work that has commenced
Deposits
Some quotes require a deposit to reserve calendar space. Deposits are applied to your first invoice. Deposits are refundable under the same timelines as the underlying service if you cancel before work begins.
No-shows
Missing a scheduled intake or call without twenty-four hours’ notice may forfeit that session. We will offer one rescheduled session at our discretion; additional sessions are billed at ₩60,000.
Cancellation process
Email hello@portalsycamore.click with your name, engagement reference, and reason. We confirm cancellation in writing within three business days.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Bank fees charged by intermediaries are not reimbursed.
Disputes
If you believe a refund was incorrectly denied, reply to our cancellation confirmation with supporting details. We review internally within ten business days.
