When an annual review helps
Monthly packs track month-to-month change. The Annual Consolidation Review steps back and asks whether your storage still matches how you actually live with these assets.
Clients typically schedule this review in the same month each year—often after tax season or before travel when they revisit physical backups.
Scope of the report
We revisit every wallet on your inventory, identify addresses that have seen no activity for more than twenty-four months, and note where backup locations or device firmware have drifted from what you reported previously.
The report includes a written section on simplification: which wallets might be merged, which labels confuse future readers, and where a single consolidated backup strategy would reduce risk. We describe options; we do not execute transfers.
Relationship to monthly packs
This review complements monthly packs rather than replacing them. Clients on the Monthly Review Pack receive a 15% reduction on the annual fee when both services are active.
