Initial Wallet Inventory

A one-time baseline document mapping every offline wallet, backup location, and address label before you begin monthly reviews.

Initial Wallet Inventory

Purpose of the inventory

Before monthly packs begin, many clients need a single thorough baseline. The Initial Wallet Inventory captures every offline wallet, the addresses associated with each device or paper backup, and the labels you use in your own records.

Think of it as the opening chapter of a ledger you will add to each month—not a valuation report and not a trading recommendation.

What happens during intake

We schedule a 90-minute session by phone or, for local clients, at our Pohang office. You walk us through each storage method: hardware models, firmware versions, where paper backups live, and which family members know about which devices.

We never request seed phrases or private keys. The session produces a structured map we use as the reference point for all future reconciliation.

Deliverables

  • Baseline holdings map: every declared address, asset type, and your chosen label
  • Backup location register: where recovery materials are stored, without recording the phrases themselves
  • Handover notes: guidance on what to send us each month and how to flag changes

Who should start here

Choose this pack if you have never maintained a consolidated written record, if wallets multiplied over several years of buying, or if you are preparing for a generational handover and want a neutral document to share with heirs or advisors.

Next step

Most clients follow the inventory with the Monthly Review Pack. Request a conversation to schedule intake.
