Who this pack is for
The Monthly Review Pack suits holders who have stopped active trading and want a steady written record of what sits in their offline wallets. Typical clients hold assets across one or more hardware wallets, paper backups, or air-gapped devices they check infrequently.
You might be a long-term accumulator who inherited addresses from an earlier phase of buying, or someone who moved holdings off exchanges years ago and now wants an independent pair of eyes on the paperwork side—not the market side.
What we do each month
At the start of your billing cycle, you send us an encrypted summary of wallet addresses, device labels, and any transactions you recorded since the last pack. We do not ask for private keys or seed phrases.
Within seven business days we return a PDF containing three sections:
Holdings summary lists each wallet address you declared, the asset types recorded, and approximate quantities based on public chain data at a fixed snapshot time. We use your own labels—“family ledger,” “2017 backup,” and so on—so the document reads the way you think about your storage.
Reconciliation notes compare this month’s snapshot to the prior pack. We describe additions, removals, and anything that does not match your stated expectations. When we cannot resolve a discrepancy from the information provided, we say so plainly and suggest what you might verify on your end.
Storage checklist reviews the backup and device information you choose to share: where seed phrases are kept, whether hardware firmware is current, and any planned changes you mentioned. This is not a security audit—it is a written prompt to revisit habits that long-term holders often defer.
Process and timeline
- Onboarding call (30 minutes, by phone): we walk through what you hold, how you label wallets, and what you want the pack to emphasise.
- Secure intake: you receive our encrypted form for monthly submissions. You complete it by the 28th of the prior month.
- Draft review: we prepare the pack and send a draft if you requested that option at onboarding.
- Final delivery: PDF arrives by the 10th. One round of written clarifications is included.
Preparation on your side
Gather address lists and transaction notes before each submission. If you use multiple devices, note which addresses moved between them. We cannot reconcile what is not declared.
Pricing and commitment
The monthly retainer is ₩180,000, invoiced on the first of each month. A three-month minimum applies to new clients so we can establish baseline records. Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice.
