1. Acceptance
By accessing portalsycamore.click or engaging Portalsycamore Co., Ltd. (“Portalsycamore,” “we,” “us”) for review pack services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or our services.
2. Services described
Portalsycamore prepares written review packs, inventory documents, and consolidation reports for clients who hold digital assets in offline storage. Our work is documentary and informational. We do not custody assets, execute trades, hold private keys, or provide regulated financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
3. Engagement and quotes
Service begins only after you accept a written quote. Quotes describe scope, fees, and delivery timelines. Fees shown on the website are indicative; your signed quote governs.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate wallet addresses, labels, and transaction notes
- Submit information through our designated secure channels
- Never send private keys, seed phrases, or passwords
- Review delivered packs promptly and raise written questions within the included follow-up period
- Pay invoices according to agreed terms
5. Intellectual property
Website content, templates, and pack formatting are owned by Portalsycamore or licensed to us. Delivered packs are licensed to you for personal record-keeping. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our materials without written permission.
6. Confidentiality
We treat client submissions as confidential and limit access to staff involved in your engagement. Confidentiality obligations survive termination, subject to legal requirements.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of South Korea, Portalsycamore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or our services. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to fees paid by you for the specific pack giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee that reconciliation will identify every discrepancy or that written recommendations will prevent loss.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Portalsycamore against claims arising from inaccurate information you provide or from your use of delivered materials contrary to these Terms.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate monthly engagements with thirty days’ written notice, subject to minimum commitments stated in your quote. We may suspend services for non-payment or abusive conduct.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Pohang, South Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes affecting active engagements will be communicated by email where practicable.
